Blaire is a young film director who directs Moira's most recent project, The Crows Have Eyes III: The Crowening, a film he describes as being an "apocalyptic fantasy about mutant crows".
He, being an up-and-coming director from New York, and recently being cut loose from a high-profile blockbuster due to artistic differences, isn't that fond of the Crows project, seeing it as just work to pay for his next vacation to Bora Bora. However, after Moira steps in and gives him her script changes, Blaire becomes more proud of his project.
Blaire makes his only appearance in The Crowening.
