Christopher Nash Elliott (born May 31, 1960) is an American actor who portrays Roland Schitt on Schitt's Creek.
Career[]
Chris Elliott is best known for his comedic sketches on Late Night With David Letterman, the cult comedy series Get A Life, his recurring roles on Everybody Loves Raymond and How I Met Your Mother, and his performances in films such as Cabin Boy, Scary Movie 2, Something About Mary, and Groundhog Day. Other feature films include the comedy-drama, Frat Star, the romantic mystery, Paper Anchor, and the comedy Better Off Single. Recently he can be seen in The Good Wife, Steven Soderbergh’s The Knick, and the last season of Nurse Jackie.
Elliott is also the star of the Adult Swim series Eagleheart and has written four books, including the unauthorized autobiography, The Guy Under the Sheets. Elliott next appears in the Marc Lawrence romantic comedy, The Rewrite, opposite Hugh Grant.
