Citrus is the charismatic leader of the East coast wing of Elevation, an organizational cult taking the form of a trendy SoulCycle fitness company who recruit men and women and give them "a total physical and emotional transformation".
During his SoulCycle sessions, Citrus yells affirmations at his recruits and encourages them to push past their demons and ascend to the gateway, a place he calls a "literal gateway into the sky".
Citrus only appears in Moira Rosé.
