Clive is the manager of Elmbridge Manor, an up-scale, and high priced wedding venue sought out by David Rose and Patrick Brewer during their engagement.
He offers them a much reduced rate for a specific date which another couple had originally booked but canceled last minute; however the discounted rates and the reason the canceled in the first place was due to the local farm down the road, who process their pork on the first Sunday of every month, hence the discounted rates.
He only appears in the episode, Smoke Signals.
