The home of David Rose and Patrick Brewer is a small house in Schitt's Creek which the couple bought together after they were married in September of 2018.
Ever since David had said that he thought the house was cute and reminded him of Kate Winslet's cottage from The Holiday, Patrick had been looking to buy it from the house's previous residents, who had decided to move to Florida after their daughters went off to college.
