Lisa Chung was a lawyer hired by Blouse Barn Australia tasked with acquiring the name rights from the Elmdale Blouse Barn so they can use the name, as they plan on expanding into North America.
She was prepared to give $10,000 to Blouse Barn owner Wendy Kurtz, but Alexis and David Rose talk her up to $100,000, which she reluctantly agrees to.
She makes her only appearance in Lawn Signs.
