Schitt's Creek's resident southeastern European baker, Ivan resides in a small home where he also conducts his bakery business out of.
Ivan, who's true passion is baking, makes a variety of baked goods from his in-home bakery's three ovens, including traditional Balkan vatritzas, böreks, and gibanicas, but also Danishes, éclairs, American-style toaster popping tarts, buns, and his specialty: muffins. It is from this bakery where the Café Tropical gets its muffins and where the Rosebud Motel gets cinnamon buns for its morning continental breakfast.
