Mandy is the teenaged stepdaughter of Wendy Kurtz. While she was being babysitted by her stepmother's employee, David Rose, Mandy has her period, staining David's comforter and sheets.
She makes her only appearance in Ronnie's Party.
Sometime later, Wendy would divorce Mandy’s father, Gerald, thus ending the mother-daughter relationship between the two (that is if there ever was one to begin with).
