The apartment of Patrick Brewer was sold to Patrick by the real estate services of Ray Butani in the episode, The Plant. Patrick would live here throughout the rest of the series, and even host a housewarming party soon after acquiring the place. Patrick and his partner David Rose would later move into a small house after they married in 2018, leaving this apartment vacant.
