Tippy Bernstein is a vertigo-ridden television producer, having served as the executive producer on Sunrise Bay, a soap opera that Moira Rose starred in.

He joins Sunrise Bay's Clifton Sparks to convince Moira to sign on to a reboot of the series, and that it'll be no trouble to rewrite Moira's character Vivien Blake back into the show even after she was brutally killed off, due to Tippy agreeing with Clifton's commands to write Moira off the show in jealously of her fame.
Tippy only appears in Sunrise, Sunset.
